  • Anatomical Focus: Neck, arms/shoulders, spine, pelvis, lower leg & foot

  • Ease restrictions of superficial rotation
  • Sling around the scapula
  • Sling under the foot arches
  • Superficial sleeve lines
  • Rhomoids, serratus, abdominal obliques, tibialis anterior- peroneus longus sling

Poses:

  • Seated, standing and supine twists (SO many options)
  • Pigeon Pose
  • Eagle Pose
  • Triangle/Reverse Triangle
  • Revolved Downward Dog
  • Twisted Dragon (Yin)
  • Cat Pulling it's Tail (Yin)
  • Pigeon (add twist!)
  • Happy Baby (add gentle rocking!)
