What does it mean to you to inspire, yourself or others? To be inspired by something from within or an external source? Do you ever think about needing inspiration? Perhaps when setting off on a new journey or stepping outside of your comfort zone?

Beginning today, the first day of the year, we look to inspire by being inspired. Check in daily with yourself, practice svadhyaya, think about journaling, and follow the daily posts on social media. The intent behind this 31 day practice is to help build awareness to what inspires YOU. Is it a warm hug from a loved one? A kind word, a sincere smile, maybe finding a penny on the street? Look within also, how can we guide ourselves to bring awareness to all of the untapped potential within ourselves?

If you chose to make a resolution, let this new awareness help support your goal. Begin to dissolve the barriers all around yourself and others, rather than focusing so much on the negative to protect the image of Self, can we awaken our souls to live to their fullest?

Hope you can join in this journey and that you find something to ignite your purpose. Stay posted to our social media feeds to help you to connect to your inner guide. Think about your yoga practice, ignite your inner fire so you can shine even brighter.

A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!
