Fascial Lines: An Intention to Connect, Session 3
Now that we have connected to the front and back superficial lines along with the superficial and deep arm lines it is time to connect with the lateral line (LL). This is where I admit that this is my personal nemesis, IT band, side rib cage and tightness at the front of the neck. In fact, after beginning my personal work with the LL it became very apparent that my left quadratus lumborum was at the root of my low back pain. Still lots of work to be done, always a work in progress.
If you are suffering from any pain along this fascial connection, please do not hesitate to contact me to set up a personal consult to discuss a healing strategy.
